Agreement Overview

This Customer Agreement ("Agreement") governs your relationship with Intrigrow (Pvt) Limited ("Intrigrow", "we", "our", "us"), a company registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).

By creating an account and using our platform (mobile app and website), you ("you", "your", "customer") agree to the terms below. Please read carefully.

1. Our Services
  • Buy, sell, and hold products using credits (1 credit = 1 Pakistani Rupee).
  • Transfer holdings between Intrigrow users.
  • Withdraw credits to your Pakistani bank account.
  • Request physical collection of your holdings (see Section 4.5).

All products are securely stored by Intrigrow or its authorized custodians.

2. Key Information
  • SECP Registration – Intrigrow is incorporated and registered with the SECP.
  • Not a Financial Institution – Intrigrow is not a bank, NBFC, or brokerage.
  • Credits – Credits are a digital representation of PKR, stored in your Intrigrow account.
  • Account Required – You must maintain a valid Intrigrow account to access our services.
3. Risks You Accept
  • Market Risk – Commodity prices fluctuate; your holdings may gain or lose value.
  • No Guarantee – Credits and holdings are not covered by deposit insurance or investor protection.
  • Technology Risk – Platform access may be affected by system issues or internet failures.
  • No Advisory Role – We do not provide investment, tax, or financial advice.
  • Operational Risk – Physical collection depends on availability, charges, and minimum limits.
4. How Services Work

4.1 Buying & Selling (Exchanging)

  • You can exchange credits into products or convert holdings back into credits.
  • Rates are based on international benchmarks, with spreads and service fees displayed.
  • Once confirmed, transactions cannot be cancelled.
  • Intrigrow may decline or limit transactions for legal, security, or operational reasons.

4.2 Withdrawals

  • Credits may be withdrawn to a linked Pakistani bank account.
  • 1 credit = 1 PKR.
  • Processing depends on banking channels and verification.

4.3 Transfers Between Users

You may transfer holdings to other Intrigrow users. Transfers to non-users are not available.

4.4 Fees

  • Exchange Rate (international market reference + spread)
  • Service Fee (fixed or percentage-based, depending on your account type)

4.5 Physical Collection

  • Available for gold, silver, and platinum holdings.
  • Minimum collection quantity is 1 gram.
  • Market-based making charges apply.
  • Fulfillment depends on stock availability of weights/denominations.
5. Market Data

Market data in the Intrigrow app is for informational use only. It does not constitute investment advice and may not be redistributed commercially.

6. Legal Provisions

6.1 Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes from your use of our services.

6.2 Changes to Terms

We may amend this Agreement for legal, operational, or feature-related reasons. For non-urgent changes, at least 30 days’ notice will be provided via the platform.

6.3 Our Liability

  • Service unavailability or delays
  • Indirect, incidental, or unforeseeable losses
  • Events beyond our control (force majeure)
  • Losses from your breach of this Agreement
  • Fraud, misuse, or criminal activity
  • Legal obligations requiring suspension or termination of services

6.4 Your Liability

You are liable for damages, losses, or costs caused by breach or misuse of our services.

6.5 Termination

  • You may close your account anytime.
  • We may suspend/terminate in case of breach, fraud, or legal requirements.
  • Upon termination, holdings may be converted into credits and returned to you.

6.6 Complaints

For complaints, contact us via the Intrigrow app or website. We aim to resolve promptly and fairly.

6.7 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Pakistani law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
